Hi! My name is Emily, and I’m a self-taught sewist from Toronto. I got into sewing back in 2020, so I’m no expert by any means, but over the years sewing has become a comfy creative outlet for me. It’s like a pocket in time where I can zone out from the outside world, and zone in to bringing something in my mind to life. I love the idea of not only creating something for myself made to suit my needs, but also creating for the people in my life whenever inspiration hits.
I’m always curious to try new things and learn new skills with every project (I’m sure you’ll notice the random range of things I make soon enough), and just wanted to create a space for that with this blog. Hope you see something you like 🙂
